Request Sponsorship Funds

All approved Sponsorships can be applied for a total of 50% of the annual Individual Membership cost. 
Applicant must be willing and able to pay 50% if approved. Fill out the following information for application 
review. Review process can take up to 10 days and you will be notified by email once completed.
