Happy Thoughts and Peace of Mind

Out of the mouths of babes. There is much to be said of a childlike faith. It's likely that many of us when witnessing child-play will ourselves laugh and simply join right in. Simply living life on God's terms makes everything so much better!

Adulting brings with it a sobering sense of pressure. Often undue pressure. Pressure that can be greatly alleviated with nothing more than a game, or a whimsical unrehearsed act of immaturity that's harmless and fun, even funny.
Being playful is not to be considered foolish nor impractical. However, sadly, in many circles it is not politically correct. We find over time that a part of us is lost.
How do we get it back to a child-like faith? How is it possible to break out of the rigid mold that our hardened edifice has become? How do we once again have happiness and peace of mind?
Become what you want
iSoberCoach Successful Sobriety Curriculum centers on becoming all that you've ever dreamed you could be. Through working daily, rigorously on a 12-step program we begin the arduous process of change. The metamorphosis-like caterpillar to butterfly takes shape. But this process is also more about the journey than the destination.
Becoming what you want to be can happen now, today. Happy thoughts create peace of mind. Begin to read and watch and listen to positive and motivating and inspiring messages. Fill your senses with positivity. Be what you want to become.
Others around you are in the dark forest as well. They too have no flashlight to lead them out. Be that light. Show them the way. By lighting their path, you light your own as well. Join us at ISC Curriculum and discover what so many others who've gone before us have.
You are closer than you realize
iSoberCoach Series 12 Curriculum guides us not only in the learning but in the doing of the 12-steps. We learn to walk the walk. iSoberCoach "PLAY TO WIN" Life Principles #13:
"Praying produces positive results."
Anytime we do anything that takes our thoughts and actions away from ourselves with a focus on something greater, a natural and organic reaction takes place. We are blessed.
Put your focus on God. Pray. As often as permits, purposefully interact with others and let your actions be those that would bring happiness to them. Test the waters and you will see that you too feel, think and act happier.
