How to Achieve Work/Life Balance

We alcoholics and addicts tend to go "ALL IN" with just about everything. Work is no exception. So then, how do we learn to be more balanced and get the most out of life?

Ever tried yoga? Or reiki? Or a spin class? Often this becomes just another failed gym membership. Learning to apply ourselves in social settings without jug in hand is just the beginning. We have to learn to live without the "It's all about me" and "The party never ends" psychological warfare. Here's the great news today - WE CAN!

We have seen the effects that simple morning meditation and our "nightly's" bring us. Now we have to go farther.

iSoberCoach Series 12 Curriculum will keep you focused on what is important.

Keep the main thing, the main thing

We did not become alcoholics or addicts overnight. Reshaping our lives will take time. We need structure to keep us focused daily on Successful Sobriety.

There must be change to our old habits and haunts. Old friends and old fancies can lead quickly to the old routine. The definition of insanity is, "Doing the same thing and expecting different outcomes."

Our friend, General Dick Abel said this:

  1. Do the right thing.

  2. Do it the right way.

  3. Do it for the right reason.

  4. Do it for the right Master.

And, you will always get the right results.

Let us always cherish the fact that we have been given the gift of starting over. Don't waste it.

iSoberCoach Series 12 Curriculum is a great resource for many. IT GUIDES YOU INTO SUCCESSFUL THINKING, PLANNING AND DOING. Never again be stuck in the rut of work, work, work. Find balance. Find freedom. For less than $1 a day you can have iSoberCoach there 24/7 to guide you and support you to Successful Sobriety. Together we can once again be happy, joyous and free!
